Mrs. Kathryn (Katy) Kiger, Taylor Co./Pulaski Co., KY native (1949-2017)
Unforgettable Katy Kiger: She had a giving heart and a great faith. She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. With a natural love for people, both friends and strangers, she found success as the owner of the Lucky Vista Motel. Mrs. Kiger was also a talented seamstress, and made beautiful wedding and prom dresses and elaborate Halloween costumes. She was an avid reader and had a wide range of knowledge that was only surpassed by her love for her children and grandchildren, both natural and chosen. She was the daughter of the late Harold Foley & Mary Cathrine (Anderson) Watson. Her husband Michael G. Kiger survives. She leaves 13 direct living descendants.
