He was the son of the late Homer & Ettie Davidson Grider, one of 12 siblings born to them, eight of whom survive, residing in Cumberland and Adair Counties, KY. Funeral service will be Sunday, December 10, 2017 at 1pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in the Grider Family Cemetery. The family requests visitation was 5pm-9pmCT on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home. J.B. Grider, 76, Cumberland Co., KY (1941-2017) J.B. was born April 23, 1941 in Cumberland County, KY. He was the son of the late Homer & Ettie Davidson Grider. He died Thursday, December 7, 2017, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 76 years, seven months, and 14 days. In addition to his parents, he was preceded death by three brothers, Allen William Grider, Yule Grider & Shelley Grider. He was a member of Amandaville Christian Church and a farmer.
