Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 14 Nov 2017

Indictments brought against 11 individuals from Campbellsville, Greensburg, Columbia, and Elkhorn, KY, on charges including theft, burglary, possession, DUI, trafficking, and assault.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 14 November 2017:


  • Charles R. Wagoner, Jr., AKA Robbie Wagoner (11/26/1973), Sportsman Lake Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00197. Charged with Count 1 - TBUT or Disposition Auto over $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000. Count 2 - Leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 cash, no contact with victims.

  • Matthew R. Thompson (02/28/1985), Forgotten Fields Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00198. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition - auto over $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $1,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Matthew R. Thompson (02/28/1985), Forgotten Fields Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00199. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact victim.

  • Jamia Murley (09/16/1977), Clara Ln., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00200-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victims.

  • Walter Shane Murley (12/13/1973), Clara Ln., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00200-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victims.

  • Albert A. Barker (11/2/1971), Carnation St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00201. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Albert A. Barker (11/2/1971), Carnation St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00202. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Same bond as 17-CR-00201.

  • Kori Posey (05/03/1985), William E. Lobb Dr., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00203. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Promoting contraband. Count 2 - Possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree, drug unspecified. Bond set at $5,000 full cash.

  • Richard Conner (04/11/1979), Ashley Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00204. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Assault, 1st degree. Bond set at $900,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Carlton Underwood (09/21/1962), Big Brushy Creek Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00205. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 aggravating circumstance, 4th+ offense. Count 2 - Driving motor vehicle while license suspended for DUI, 3rd+ offense. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $25,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no driving.

  • Brandi'Lyn Proctor (10/08/1984), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00206. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Erik J. Sanders (05/21/1999), Union Church Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00207. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 1st degree. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition - firearm. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Christopher Tucker (05/19/1977), Gaddis Ridge Rd., Elkhorn, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00208. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substances, 1st degree, 1st offense, 2g+ methamphetamine. Count 2 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree (on foot). Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Count 4 - Possession of synthetic drugs, 1st offense. Count 5 - Possession of marijuana. Count 6 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $1,500 cash.
