(Update) Missing woman found; male arrested Next Previous entry, this story: KSP looking for missing woman, for her safety By Senior Trooper Jody Cash, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Post 1, Mayfield, KY FULTON, KY (Thu 16 Nov 2017) – Lori Peavy has been located, unharmed. At approximately 10:30amCT, this morning, Kentucky State Police and Fulton City Police located Ms. Peavy and Mr. Williams at a motel in Fulton, Kentucky. Ms. Peavy was unharmed and Mr. Williams was arrested. Billy Joe Williams, age 42, of Amory, Mississippi, was arrested on a Kentucky indictment charging him with Assault 2nd Degree and Tampering with a Witness. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
