The Adair County Fiscal Court voted to receive the financial report of Treasurer Melinda Quinn.



The report showed a reconciled balance of $1,743,594.84 on October 31, 2017 and, less outstanding encumbrances, an unencumbered cash balance of $1,583,578.83.The vote to receive was unanimous on a motion by Magistrate Billy Dean Coffey (District 5) with a second by Magistrate Greg Caldwell (6), and Magistrates Harold Burton (1),

Transfers The court approved fund-to-fund and line-to-line transfers which may be needed in December.

Disbursements The court unanimously approval disbursements, provided to the court and to the media in a 28 page document, for the month. A list of the payments can be viewed in the CJE's office, Ste. 1, Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. At this time, it is not posted on the county's website.
