Two die in Sun 12 Nov 2017, 2 vehicle crash S. Dixie, E-town Toyota Tercel v Ford Edge. Occupants of Toyota Tercel pronounced dead at the scene by Hardin County Coroner's office. Driver and passenger in Ford Edge suffer minor injuries. Accident remains under investigation by Trooper/Reconstruction Bryan Washer Click on headline for complete story By Tpr Jeff Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY (GLENDALE, KY) – (Mon 13 Nov 2017) - Kentucky State Police Post 4 Troopers responded to a two vehicle fatal collision in Hardin Co. Sunday evening, November 12, 2017 at approximately 7pmET, KSP received a call in regards to a two vehicle accident in the 8000 block of U.S. 31-W (S. Dixie Hwy.). Dakota Shane Reynolds (23) of Elizabethtown, along with passenger April Marie Bryant (20) of Radcliff, was traveling South on U.S. 31-W in a 1997 Toyota Tercel. Magen Ilene Heath (26, Driver) and Ryan Joseph Heath (26) of Leitchfield, KY, were traveling North on 31-W in a 2008 Ford Edge. For Unknown reasons the vehicle driven by Reynolds spun out and entered the North bound lane causing the vehicle driven by Heath to strike the passenger side of Reynolds vehicle. Dakota Reynolds and April Bryant were both pronounced dead at the scene by the Hardin Co. Coroner’s Office. Magen Heath and Ryan Heath were both transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital with minor injuries and later released.
