Janie M. Cole, 59, Michigan/Adair County, KY (1958-2017) She was a native and longtime former resident of Adair County, KY. She had built up a lifetime of friends during her time here, especially during her 21 years while employed at Oshkosh B'Gosh. She was a member of a popular and respected Adair County, KY, family. Her husband, Larey Cole, of Bronson, MI survives. She leaves one direct living descendant, a daughter, Emily Brummett Farmer, of Lebanon, KY, as well as many other close kin in Kentucky and Michigan. She died Thursday, November 9, 2017, in Fort Wayne, Allen County, IN, at the age of 59 years, two months, and six days. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mabel Burton Simpson; four brothers, Marshall, Carl Sherman and L. C. Simpson and Jr. Lumpkin; three sisters; Clemadine Gregory, Faye Wray and Connie Blankenship; her father-in-law, Larey Cole, Sr.; and her God-father, Kendall Harvey. She was employed at Osh Kosh B'Gosh for 21 years. Survivors include:
