LWC Volleyball remains No. 1 in NAIA Top-25 Coaches' Poll Third time in program history and second consecutive time program has been ranked No. 1 in the nation. By Christopher Coombs COLUMBIA, KY - (Tue 31 Oct 2017) - The Lindsey Wilson volleyball team is ranked No. 1 in the latest NAIA Women's Volleyball Coaches' Top-25 Poll, the national office announced Tuesday. The Blue Raiders received 11 of a possible 17 first-place votes and totaled 462 voting points. It is just the third time in program history the Blue Raiders have been the No. 1 ranked team in the NAIA and is the second consecutive poll LWC has earned the top spot. Lindsey Wilson holds the longest active streak in the top-25 with 54 total appearances as the last 26-consecutive appearances have been in the top five. LWC is the only remaining undefeated team in the top-25 poll. Viterbo (WI), Hastings (NE), Northwestern (Iowa), and Dordt (Iowa) round out the top five.
