Election 2018 Primary - CJE Mike Stephens: I will be a candidate By Ed Waggener Adair County CJE Mike Stephens, returned a call today to say, unofficially, that he will be a candidate for re-election in the May 2018 primary election. "I plan to file as an official candidate on November 8, 2017," he said. "LaGene (his daughter, LaGene Stephens Sexton) will be my treasurer," he said.
