Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 11 Oct 2017

Indictments brought against 7 individuals from Greensburg and Campbellsville, KY, on charges including wanton endangerment, assault, DUI, and receiving stolen property.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 11 October 2017:

  • Richard D. Johnson (05/22/1970), Purcells Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00064. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property (firearm). Count 2 - Illegal possession of legend drug. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 4 - Operating vehicle with expired operators license. Count 5 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law, no firearms.

  • Richard D. Johnson (05/22/1970), Purcells Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00065. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of handgun by convicted felon. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law, no firearms.

  • Christina R. Dile (07/27/1978), McCullum Ave., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00062-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 2 - Trafficking in controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school. Count 3 - Illegal possession of legend drug. Count 4 - Controlled substance prescription not in original container, 1st degree. Summons to be issued for defendant to appear on next court date.

  • Bobby D. Wright (08/19/1964), McCullum Ave., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00062-002. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 2 - Trafficking in controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school. Count 3 - Illegal possession of legend drug. Count 4 - Controlled substance prescription no in original container, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Paul A. Blair (03/21/1965), NW Gabe Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00063. Charged with 6 counts. Counts 1-3 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 4 - Operating a motor vehicle under influence of drug/alcohol/etc. .08 aggravator, 1st offense. Counts 5-6 - Assault, 4th degree, minor injury. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no driving, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Michael Turner (07/24/1958), Highway 88, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00065. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (2g+ methamphetamine). Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $15,000 cash.

  • Michael Turner (07/24/1958), Highway 88, Greensburg, KY Indictment No 17-CR-00061. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (2g+ methamphetamine). Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $17,000 cash.

  • Christina N. Graham (02/20/1984), Walling Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00067. Charged with 29 counts. Counts 1-28 - Theft of Identity. Count 29 - Fraudulent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Bond set at $2,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • James Christopher Russell (06/30/1979), Ira Wright, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00060. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, firearm. Bond set at $500 cash, no contact with victims.
