Missing man in Russell County: William Seth Oaks

Adair County Emergency Management manager Mike Keltner shared a request from the Russell County Sheriff's Department requesting the public's help in finding a missing man, William Seth Oaks, who hasn't been heard from by his family since Friday, October 6, 2017.

Oaks drives a 2003 GMC white Sierra truck with the Kentucky license plate number 028-GCR. He is 6’1” and weighs approximately 375 lbs.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to call 911 or the Russell County Sheriff’s Department at their Crime Tip-Line, 270-566-9111.
