RMH truck loaded, gratitude shared for successful 2017 drive

By Ellen Zornes

The Ronald McDonald 10th Annual Wish List Drive today, October 10, 2017, was a great success. The truck is loaded with twin items for Lexington and Louisville along with a record high $780.

We had a great time, got to play in the rain, and many former Ronald McDonald House (RMH) kids (and their parents) came out to help.

Grandparents pulled up with vehicles loaded with supplies... grandparents whose grandchildren had been RMH kids and as always, our community really came through!

Also a special thank you to all our media outlets for getting the word out. So on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and our RMH Wish List Committee, Pam Hancock, Tricia Harper, Brenda Mann, Telissa Moore, Norma Scott and myself, we greatly appreciate your help and donations for the RMH of Kentucky... and our wish for you is that you never have to use them.
