Adair health fair made possible by TJ Health, LWC and GSF The TJ Health Columbia Health Fair will be held Saturday October 28, 2017 from 7am to 10:30amCT. Lab pre-draw dates are Thursday, October 12; Friday, October 13; Monday, October 16; Tuesday, October 17; Wednesday, October 18 from 6:30 to 9:30amCT and Saturday, October 28 from 7 to 10:30amCT. Blood work, flu shots and vascular screenings will be available each day. The TJ Health Columbia Health Fair includes: Basic Lab Panel, Lipid Panel and PSA testing for males. We will also offer bone density screening, height & weight, blood pressure and body mass index. TJ Health Columbia will be offering 1,600 free lab tests this year. Pre-registration is required to ensure that the lab test will be free. You may pre-register online at www.tjsamson.org. You may also pre-register by calling 270-384-4753 or visit any TJ Regional Health location. 500 free flu shots will be available during the pre-draw dates with a maximum of 100 offered each day. ABI, Carotid and Aorta Screenings will be available for $50.00 each or all 3 for $120.00.
