Big 36th Pumpkin Festival all day TODAY, Sat 07 Oct 2017 Schedule courtesy Gaye Shaw, Executive Director, Edmonton/Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce With Fall Break in many schools in the area, advice is in order: There's a lot to see in South Central Kentucky. Today, for thousands, it will be the 36th Annual Metcalfe County Pumpkin Festival, centered around the Metcalfe County Historic Court Yard, 100 E Stockton Street, Edmonton, KY, with exciting events and exhibits and contests starting at 6amCT and continuing throughout the day until the big concert from 4pmCT until 80pmCT featuring the Cassidy Dance Band and the Hornet's Nest Pickers. It's free, for the best seats, come early, bring your own lawn chair. There will also be events at Bowling Community Park, at the Metcalfe County Fairgrounds, at the Historic Jail, at the Metcalfe County Library, at Metcalfe Drug Store, as well as a Pumpkin Festival Parade.
