Mr. Paul Everett Shipley, 87, of The Peytonsburg Community in Cumberland County, KY, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 at his residence.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1pmET on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home Floral Park, 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222. Visitation will be from 11amET until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana.

He is survived by:
  • His wife: Judith E. Shipley of Burkesville, KY

  • His six children; Loretta (Mike) Light of Spencer, IN; Cynthia (Keith) Harper of Greenville, KY; Teresa (Jerry) Maners of Spencer, IN; Deanna (Jeff) New of Bloomington, IN; James (Linda) Shipley of Adger, AL; Thomas (Rhonda) Shipley of Bloomington, IN

  • Step-sons: Travis (Linda) Gasper of Avon, IN; Michael Gasper of Covington, KY

  • A step-daughter:Julie Hedger of Indianapolis, IN
  • Twenty-one grandchildren

  • Thirty-six great-grandchildren

  • Three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions appreciated to The Burkesville Baptist Youth Ministries, Burkesville Baptist Church, P.O. Box 373, Burkesville, Kentucky. 42717.
