Adair Co. Fiscal Court meeting report - 11 Jul 2017 - Ambulance Court approves CJE's recommendation to re-appoint Board Members Doug Sapp and Dr. Robert Brashear By Ed Waggener Two member of the Adair County Ambulance Board, Doug Sapp and Dr. Robert Brashear, were re-appointed to new four year terms in the Tue 11 Jul 2017, regular monthly session of Fiscal Court. The votes were all yesses, in each of two separate voice votes, with Magistrate Daryl Flatt abstaining each time. Mr. Flatt is the assistant manager of the Adair County Ambulance Service. The court also voted to receive the Board's Profit and Loss Budget Performance for the year July 2017 - June 2018, which budgets $1,385,672 in receipts, a $678,477.00 for total salaries and wages, and for budgeting, anticipates $1,385,672 in total expense. The Ambulance Board delivered a copy of their Special Purpose Government Entity (SPGE) registration for 2017, a registration now required by Kentucky Law for Special Taxing Districts.
