The market is on the corner of Campbellsville Street and Merchant Street, across from the Columbia City Hall and next to the Adair County Judicial Center. By Barbara Armitage, FM2 coordinator The Farmers Market on the Square's Wednesday Market on the corner of Campbellsville and Merchant Streets, Columbia, KY is a quick stop to reload your pantry with some of the summers harvest. Here's a few of the items you might want to add to your shopping list for this week: Last minute Farmer's Market Update at 1:03pmCT. There are green beans galore today: half runners, Roma, and brown stick beans. Tinny sun sugar tomatoes are so sweet. Blackberrys but they won't last long. More corn just came in, a white variety called Ultra Tender PLUS all these items already posted. Fresh picked Honey Select Corn. Tomatoes in a rainbow of colors and sizes including heritage tomatoes like Cherokee Purple. Sweet Blackberries. Cucumbers for slicing and pickling. Green beans, several varieties. Yellow squash and zucchini. Onions and peppers. Local honey. Beef, chicken and farm fresh eggs.
