The Eighth Annual Bull Run Charity MusicFest will take place Saturday, July 29th and we're asking you to be a part of our initiative. (Note: Over 70 area businesses have participated in the past!).

For only $100 (or a donated item for auction valued at $100 or more), your business will be featured on the backs of the event t-shirts and also on the large event banner. BRCMF raised $15,000 last year and we'd love to see a number like that again! Our mission isn't to change the world, but to give a variety of people in our community a helping hand when they need it most.
BRCMF started in 2010 as an annual event and has raised over $70,000 since then for charity. 100% OF PROCEEDS STAY LOCAL for those in need in our community.

Out of respect for their circumstances, funds are given to individual and family beneficiaries privately. These gifts are dispersed throughout the year by a diverse group of people who are attuned to needs in Adair County. BRCMF has made significant contributions to these local organizations: Adair County Schools Family Resource Centers, The Agape House, and J.O.Y. Ministries. We love the vision of these groups and they do great works in our community.

The past year's beneficiaries include various individuals and families who had missed extended days of work due to illness or injury as well as victims of house fires. BRCMF provided meals to a family who suffered a devastating loss and provided a wheelchair ramp to an individual who was transitioning from long term care to home after a devastating diagnosis.

The examples could continue, but the point is if you contribute to BRCMF, that contribution WILL make a positive impact in our community.

If you're thinking of donating toward the auction, themed gift baskets are gladly accepted. These are very effective!

Email eastonbryant@yahoo.com, call (270) 380-1230 between 8:30amCT and 5:30pmCT, or simply mail your check in by 7/11/17 to be a part of BRCMF this year. Be sure to include your business name!
