Daniel Francis Brucker, of Liberty, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017. He was 69 years of age.

The funeral service will be held at 5pmCT/6pmET, on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Patrick Dell?Aria and Bro. George Pierce officiating. The family will receive friends 4pm-5pmCT/5pm-6pmET on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.



Daniel Francis Brucker, 69, Casey Co., KY (1947-2017)


Born on July 31, 1947, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was a son of the late Eugene F. & Marie Antoinette Piazza Brucker. He died Sunday, June 18, 2017, at the age of 69 years, 10 months, and 18 days.


Daniel was an auto mechanic and a shrimper. He loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Hodge Brucker and the following:
  • Two daughters: Donna (and Patrick) Dell-Aria of Dayton, Ohio and Sharon (and Stephen) Peyton of Liberty, KY

  • Three sons: Daniel (and Jeannie) Brucker of Lexington, TN; Richard (and Trina) Brucker of Bradfordsville, KY; and Dale (and Victoria) Brucker of Liberty, KY

  • Five step-daughters: Janice Rhea, Karen Powell, Barbara Hutcherson, Angela Hinkle, and Anna Kagel

  • One step-son: Matthew Webb

  • Nineteen grandchildren

  • Numerous great-grandchildren.

  • Three sisters: Victoria Brucker, Nancy Brucker, and Christina Phillips, all of New York

  • One brother: Joseph Brucker of Florida
In addition to his parents, Daniel is predeceased by one grandchild, Richard Marrapodi; and one great-grandchild, Jaxon Marrapodi.
