Adair County, KY man arrested: Sexual abuse alleged Note: Charges/allegations are not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by law enforcement is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By TFC William R. Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY (Thu 15 Jun 2017) – 44-year-old William T. Bryant, of Columbia, was arrested on Tuesday, June 13 at 1:30pmCT at Holmes Bend Marina, 5 miles north of Columbia and charged with Sexual Abuse 1st Degree (victim under 12). The arrest was the result of an anonymous complaint received by the Ky Cabinet for health and family services that was passed on to Post 15 in mid May. Bryant was lodged in the Adair County Jail.
