Chris Sallee of Campbellsville, KY son of Daymon Sallee and the late Martha Sue Sidebottom Sallee, was born December 23, 1975, in Jefferson County, KY. He died at 11pmET, Saturday, June 10, 2017 in Campbellsville.

Funeral services will be at 12pmNoonCT/1pmET, Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Bro. Billy Adams. Burial will be in Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 9am-12pmNoonCT/10am-1pmET, Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.

Chris Sallee was the son of Daymon Sallee and the late Martha Sue Sidebottom Sallee. He was born December 23, 1975, in Jefferson County, KY. He died at Saturday, June 10, 2017 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 41 years, five months, and 18 days. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Brush Creek Baptist Church in Summersville.

Chris was a former restaurant employee and had most recently been employed as a roofer. His artistic talents were evident in his drawings and his musical ability. Chris loved all types of music and during high school, he was a percussionist in the band. He also enjoyed watching the UK Wildcats.

He is survived by:
  • His father: Daymon Sallee and friend, Jenny Stotts of Campbellsville, KY

  • One brother and three sisters: Randy Cox and partner, Justin Grant; and Genesia Sallee and fiance, Timmy Hodgens of Campbellsville, KY; Melissa Guerrieri and husband, Joseph of Louisville, KY; and Tammie Creason and husband, Jessie of Gray, GA

  • Grandmother: Geneva Sidebottom of Campbellsville, KY

  • several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
