One dead after Breckenridge Co. collision 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix crosses centerline, for unknown reasons, and strikes vehicle head-on. Operator pronounced dead at the scene by Breckenridge County Coronoer's Office. Accident is still under investigation by Trooper Brandon Brooks. Click on headline for complete story By Tpr. Jeff Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY HARNED, KY (Tue 6 Jun 2017) - Kentucky State Police Post 4 Troopers responded to a two vehicle collision in Breckenridge Co. Monday night. On June 5, 2017 at approximately 8:20pmET, KSP received a call of a two vehicle accident 1 mile south of US60 on KY 259 in Harned. Dreama Woods (27) of Hudson, KY, was traveling North on KY 259 in a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. Shauna Lucas (18) of Falls of Rough, KY, was traveling south on KY 259. For unknown reasons the vehicle driven by Woods crossed the center line into the southbound lane striking the vehicle driven by Lucas head on. Shauna Lucas was transported to Breckenridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg, KY, with multiple minor injuries and was later released. Dreama Woods was pronounced dead at the scene by the Breckenridge Co. Coroner's Office. An autopsy is scheduled for today at the Medical Examiner's Office in Louisville. Toxicology is pending.
