He was a member of Hogard's Chapel United Methodist Church, a retired farmer, and a 37-year member of the Kentucky Farm Bureau. He was the son of the late Jimmy & Mamie Elmore Walters. His wife 56 years, Ermidean Judd Walters, survives. He leaves six direct living descendants, including two unborn. He died Monday, June 5, 2017 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 84 years, seven months, and 15 days. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Hogard's Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of Korean Conflict having served his country honorably in the United States Army. Bobby was a retired farmer and was a Kentucky Farm Bureau Board member for thirty-seven years. He united in marriage to Ermidean Judd December 31, 1960.
