Linda Wethington, 70, Casey County, KY (1947-2017)

Linda was a waitress and a hairdresser. She loved shopping and flowers. Most of all, she adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wethington was also a collector. She was the daughter of the late Otha Terry & Inas Thompson Clements. Her husband, Robert "Robin" Wethington survives. She leaves 13 direct living descendants.

Linda Wethington, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017, having attained the age of 70 years.

The funeral service will be held at 10amCT/11amET on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KYm with Father Edmund Ani officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Wednesday, May 24, 2017 with a prayer service at 6pmCT/7pmET, all of which will be held at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.



Pallbearers will be Chris Perin, Cody Perin, Troy Salyers, Trevor Rose, Kevin Wethington, Eric Morales, David Wethington, and Ricky Terry.

Born on March 13, 1947, in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Otha Terry & Inas Thompson Clements. She died Sunday, May 21, 2017, at the age of 70 years, two months, and eight days.

Linda was a waitress and a hairdresser. She loved shopping and flowers. Most of all, she adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wethington was also a collector.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert "Robin" Wethington, and the following:
  • A son: Bobby Ray (and Loretta) Perin of Forsyth, MO

  • One sister: Janet (and Larry) Studer of Cincinnati, Ohio

  • Three brothers: Albert Terry of Ohio, Roger Terry of Sparta, TN; and Junior Terry of Bethel, Ohio

  • Six grandchildren: Jessica Martin, Amber Perin, Christopher Perin, Cody Perin, Shayna Gideon, and Lexi Perin

  • Six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her step-father, Garnett Clements.
