There Was A Little Girl Who Had A Little Curl...

By Jane Todd Marcum

On Sunday May 21st, Cassady's "Gram", Renee Duvall Cassady, had just come from a charity pet auction where she won the bid on this memory foam doggie bed. Her granddaughter Cassady spied it, promptly asking what it was.

Gram explained that while helping out a worthy cause she had gained ownership of this new comfy pet bed.

But alas it was too small for her pets, so it was offered to Miss Cassady to play with.

Gram was also quick to explain that it was brand new, so it was totally play ready. Renee's granddaughter agreed completely, having a wonderful time with it, right up to the moment when she herself snuggled up and tried out the little bed with a real honest 'ta goodness nap.

Now that it has passed the true comfy test, Cassady and Gram have decided dog beds are for people too. Just so long as you're the perfectly right sized little girl.

Cassady Brooks Thompson is the granddaughter of Butch and Renee Cassady and also the great granddaughter Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Cassady of Edmonton.
