She was a U.S.D.A. Farm Service retiree and was a legal assistant. She was a member of a distinguished Cumberland Co., KY, family, the daughter of the late Earl Bransford & Mary Margoline Cary Mullinix. Her husband, Lindsey G. Bell, survives. Mrs. Annette Mullinix Bell, 58, Cumberland County, KY (1958-2017) She was born in Glasgow, Barren County,KY on Tuesday October 21, 1958. She was the daughter of Earl Bransford & Mary Margoline Cary Mullinix. She died Sunday, May 21, 2017, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 58 years, seven months. She was a member of The Burkesville First Christian Church, a class of 1976 graduate of Cumberland County High School, and shereceived her Bachelors Degree from Western KY University. She was a U.S.D.A. Farm Service retiree and was a legal assistant. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her aunt, Jean Cary; her uncles, Charity Cary and Raymond O. Mullinix: her cousin, Ray "R.G." Mullinix, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Hobert and Audrey Conner Bell. She is survived by:
