Agrees with Zac Oakes commentary on City Council action Comments re article 90309 Zac Oakes Drug addiction is multifaceted problem Vicki Brock Miller writes: I too applaud the members of the Columbia City Council. I agree completely with Zac Oakes comments regarding the Needle Exchange Program. I believe this is a step in the right direction for our county. Now to begin work on getting a treatment facility.
