By JIM

Sunday morning, at 10:30, Mr. E.P. Waggener, who lives near Columbia, and Miss Audra (Audrey) Chelf, of Knifley, were united in marriage at the Baptist parsonage, Rev. W.S. Bullard officiating. The ceremony was witnessed by Mr. and Mrs. Harbert Walker and Mr. and Mrs. Hobson Walker and Miss Lena Waggener. After the ceremony the happy couple attended services at the Baptist church. Mr. Waggener is a hustling insurance man and the bride is one of Knifley's most popular young ladies. (Adair County News, Tuesday, March 22, 1927, page one, column six, below the fold.)
