Driver in Milltown fatality accident charged with murder

UPDATE to Single vehicle accident takes life of 45 year old Columbia woman

COLUMBIA, KY - (Mon 24 Apr 2017) – 52-year-old Samuel Edwards, of Columbia, KY was arrested on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at 11:25amCT on Creek Bend Road in Adair County and charged with Murder, Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alc/Drugs .08 (Aggravated Circumstances) 1st Degree and Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance.



KSP Tpr. Clint Bale obtained arrest warrants from the Adair County Attorney's office.

Edwards was lodged in the Adair County Detention Center, Columbia, KY.
