Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 18 Apr 2017 Indictments brought against 14 individuals from Campbellsville, Liberty, Nicholasville, and Garfield, KY, on charges including possession, forgery, rape, wanton endangerment, burglary, escape, disorderly conduct, and DUI. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 18 April 2017:
