Aileen "Memaw" Milby Skaggs of Campbellsville, KY, died at 2:47amET, Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Elizabethtown. She was 88 years old.

Visitation will be from 4pmCT/5pmET until 7pmCT/8pmET, Friday, April 14, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY. The funeral will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Bro. Jeff Newton and Bro. Drew Underwood will officiate. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 700 Old U.S. 68, Campbellsville, KY.

Aileen "Memaw" Milby Skaggs of Campbellsville, KY, was the daughter of the late Earl Milby & Allie Wood Milby. She was born May 2, 1928, in Taylor County, KY. She died Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Elizabethtown, Hardin County, KY, at the age of 88 years, 11 months, and 11 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Roberts Baptist Church where she was an active participant of the Golden Gals. She loved her church and proudly served the Lord through her cleaning ministries at the church.

She was a loving mother and grandmother and her grandchildren were her life. Aileen united in marriage to Calvin Russell Skaggs March 17, 1951 and he preceded her in death August 7, 1992.

She is survived by:
  • One son and two daughters: Russell Skaggs and wife, Linda, Bonnie Webster and husband, Jimmy and Robbin Cox, all of Campbellsville, KY.

  • Three grandchildren: Andi Skaggs of Bowling Green, KY; and Jenny Skaggs and Jonah Cox of Campbellsville, KY

  • Three brothers and one sister: Jim Milby and wife, Linda; Bill Milby, Bob Milby and wife, Jane; and Lucille Orange, all of Campbellsville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
Expressions of sympathy requested to be donation to the Gideon Bibles or Mt. Roberts Baptist Church Building Fund and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY.
