Green County Grand Jury returns indictments 29 Mar 2017

Indictments brought against 9 individuals from Greensburg, Bonnieville, Campbellsvile, and Columbia, Kentucky on charges including assualt, possession, burglary and sexual abuse.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 29 Mar 2017:


  • Terry A. Sallee (02/02/1961), Creek Rd., Bonnieville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00024. Charged with 7 counts. Counts 1-4 - Assault, 1st degree. Count 5 - Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs .08 aggravator, 4th offense. Count 6 - Operating on a suspended driver's license. Count 7 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/sec. 1st offense. Bond set at $20,000 cash, no alcohol use.

  • Brian L. Ray (05/01/1987), Hillview Acres Dr., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00020. Charged with 2 counts. Counts 1-2 - Sexual abuse, 1st degree, victim under 12 years of age. Bond set at $20,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Adam N. Shirley (10/31/1982), Durham St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00018-002. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Trafficking in marijuana, <8oz, 1st offense while in possession of a firearm. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $20,000/10%.

  • Alexandro Reyes (10/02/1987), Albert Smith Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00018-001. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Bond set at $15,000/10%.

  • Adam N. Shirley (10/31/1982), Durham St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No 17-CR-00017-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bond set at $10,000/10%.

  • Alexandro Reyes (10/02/1987), Albert Smith Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No 17-CR-00017-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bond set at $15,000/10%.

  • Jason Dick (09/11/1980), Patriot Dr., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00014. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition, $500-$10,000. Bond set at $15,000/10%, no contact with victim or premises.

  • Irvin L. Davis (11/03/1974), Lincoln Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00013. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by deception, indclude cold checks under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,000 cash.

  • Timothy W. Curry (07/06/1978), Highway 88, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00015. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no further violations of the law.

  • Ryan D. Bailey (12/11/1993), Bales Mill Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00016. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Defrauding a secured creditor, $500-$10,000. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Chaz Stearman (12/02/1998), W. E. Lobb Dr., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00021. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition, $500-$10,000. Count 2 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Count 4 - TBUT or disposition auto, $500-$10,000. Count 5 - Criminal mischief. Count 6 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no further violations of the law.
