John W. McCoy had a great 88th birthday on March 22, 2017.

Radio Station WKYR wished him a Happy Birthday.

Jones Restaurant gathered 'round his table at breakfast and sang "Happy Birthday" to him.

When he went to the clerk's office to pay a bill, Kim King and her staff sang to him.

His picture is in the Cumberland County News this week. The phone rang all day with birthday greetings. Yes, 88 is an important year to celebrate, especially for a man as "healthy as a horse!!" --Mary Frances McCoy
