Gregory Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY CARROLLTON, KY. – Kentucky State Police, Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations – West (DE/SI West) arrested the Sheriff of Carroll County, Jamie Kinman, and charged him with 2 counts of Burglary and 2 counts of Theft of a Controlled Substance.
