Physical exam, immunizations required for ACES 6th graders Requirements for students entering 6th grade for 2017-18 school year can be met utilizing Healthy Kids Clinic at Adair Conty Elementary School By Alissa Barnes Guidance Counselor Adair County Elementary School Reminder: All students entering the 6th grade for the 2017-18 school year are required to have a new KY school physical as well as the following immunizations: 2nd Varicella, Tdap, and Meningococcal. A 2-shot series of Hepatitis A immunization is optional at this time but will be required beginning with the 2017-18 school year.
