The regular meeting of the Columbia/Adair County EDA Board will meet on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 8amCT, in the Board room of the Chamber of Commerce, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY, Mark Dykes, chairman, presiding, with the following attached agenda:

  • Welcome & Call to order
  • Roll Call and Determination of a quorum
  • Approval of Minutes as presented - Randy Burns, secretary
  • Approval of Treasurer's Report as presented, treasurer Ann Martin
  • Progress Report on Sewer Line Installation at Green River Commerce Park. - Mark Dykes
  • Sewer Line Project regarding placement of line by Main Entrance. Mark Dykes.
  • Other Business for Discussion or Announcements. Discussion Discussion of two parties interested in acreage at the Commerce Park.
  • Adjourn.
