Alesha A. Morrison, 45 of the Milltown Church Road, Columbia, KY (the Milltown Community) of Adair County died suddenly Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 4pmCT, from injuries received in an automobile accident four miles north of Columbia on KY 61.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY with Bro. Jimmie Dale Cox officiating. Interment will be in the Tarters Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive visitors after 4pmCT, Monday, March 13, 2017, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.



Pallbearers: David Beard, Tyler Bryant, Garry Monroe Bryant, Justin Bryant, Shane Bryant, and Kerry Lee Rodgers.

She was born March 5, 1972 in Columbia, Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of William Purd and Louvenia Rodgers Bryant of Milltown, KY, who survive. She died Saturday, March 11, 2017, in the Milltown Community of Adair County, KY, at the age of 45 years, six days.

Besides her parents, she is survived by the the following:
  • The father of her children: James Morrison, Columbia, KY

  • Two daughters; Brittany Morrison and Cassidy Morrison, both of Milltown, KY

  • Two sons: Elliot and Will Morrison both of Milltown, KY

  • Two brothers: Ron (Debbie) Bryant & Garry (Linda) Bryant of Milltown, KY

  • One sister: Deborah (Steve) Gadberry of Milltown, KY

  • Four nephews

  • Two nieces

  • Three great nephews

  • Three great nieces

  • and a host of other relatives and friends
Alesha was a homemaker.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
