Environmental Science Scholarship Deadline is April 1, 2017 Students graduating from Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne counties are eligible to apply for the $1,000 scholarship at Campbellsville University Click on headline for details with direct link to online application. By Judy Hachey Lake Area Foundation The deadline to apply for the George & Joan White Howell Environmental Education Scholarship is April 1. The scholarship is for high school seniors interested in pursuing a degree in environmental science at Campbellsville University (CU). Students graduating from Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne counties are eligible to apply for the scholarship. A $1,000 annual scholarship will be given to a student during the 2017-2018 academic year. In addition, the scholarship recipient is eligible to earn up to $1,000 during the year for assisting at Clay Hill Memorial Forest, a CU facility which is utilized as a field lab for research and environmental science courses. Please see your high school guidance counselor to obtain a copy of the application and for more details about scholarship requirements.
