He was a farmer, truck driver, a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of Green River Pentecostal Church. He was the son of the late Clifford Cleo Wesley Sr. & Elizabeth Ann Cain Wesley. His wife, Jessie Wesley, survives. He leaves eight direct living descendants.

Clifford C. Wesley Jr., age 73, of Liberty, KY passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, Wednesday March 1, 2017 at Green River Pentecostal Church, 7330 KY-698, Hustonville, KY. Rev. Rick Naylor and Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will be in the Willow Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4pm-8pmCT/5pm-9pmET, Tuesday February 28, 2017 at Green River Pentecostal Church and after 10amCT/11amET, on Wednesday March 1st, 2017 at Green River Pentecostal Church.

He was born in Liberty, Casey County, KY on June 1, 1943. He was a son of the late Clifford Cleo Wesley Sr. & Elizabeth Ann Cain Wesley. He died on Sunday, February 26, 2017, in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 73 years, eight months, and 25 days.

Clifford was a farmer, truck driver, a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of Green River Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include:
  • His spouse: Jessie Wesley

  • One son: Quinton Ogle and (Brittany) of Liberty, KY

  • One daughter: Jessica and (T.J.) Wilcher of Liberty, KY

  • Six grandchildren: Preston Hatter, Lane Ogle, Emily Ogle, Hallie Wilcher, Railee Wilcher and Anslee Weddle

  • One brother: Richie and (Sandy) Wesley of Hustonville, KY

  • One sister: Barbara and (Jackie) Coontz of Stanford, KY
