Jennifer Parker: Fines need to be imposed for littering Jennifer Parker writes: I totally agree! It shows a complete lack of respect by people for our County, State or wherever they are when they choose to litter. Sadly there are also residents in Adair County who prefer to litter even their own property with mounds of garbage and trash, rather than learn how to dispose of it properly. I'm not quite sure why they want to literally choose to live in it. It really takes little time out of ones day to use a trash can. If in a vehicle, it's quite simple to wait until one gets where they are going to dispose of trash properly. The fines need to be imposed! --Jennifer ParkerComments re article 88889 Writer asks about fines for littering This story was posted on 2017-02-24 04:15:55
