Joyce H. Tucker, 80, of Campbellsville, KY, died at 11:40pmCT Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in Campbellsville.

Funeral services will be at 1pmCT/2pmET Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. Paul J. Dickens. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Friday, February 24, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.


Joyce H. Tucker, Taylor County, KY (1936-2017)


Joyce H. Tucker was the daughter of the late Ray Hord and Elsie Gore Hord. She was born May 5, 1936, in Taylor County, KY. She died Wednesday, February 22, 2017, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 80 years, nine months, and 17 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.

She is survived by:
  • One son, Dale Tucker of Lexington, KY

  • One sister: Lois Carter

  • Several nieces and nephews

  • And many other relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters: Richard C. Hord, Kenny Hord, Dorothy O'Banion, Audrey Maupin, Louise Oliver and Jean Wright.
