Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 14 Feb 2017

Six individuals from Campellsville and Columbia, KY received indictments for charges including rape, trafficking, possession, sodomy and assault.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 14 February 2017:

  • Jeffrey S. Fielding (01/26/1974), Wildwood Way, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00028. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Rape, 2nd degree. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Brittany L. Cox (07/26/1988), Walling Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00029. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense<2g heroin. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $20,000 cash.

  • Brittany L. Cox (07/26/1988), Walling Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00030-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense>2g heroin. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $25,000 cash.

  • Joseph Seadler (07/19/1983), Sullivan School Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00030-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense<2g heroin. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $20,000 cash.

  • Neil B. Turner (07/16/1979), Oak St., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00031-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 3 - OPerating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc .08, 1st offense. Count 4 - Improper equipment. Bond set at $15,000/10%.

  • Marcus J. Taylor (10/13/1986), Hillview Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00031-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $12,000/10%.

  • Richard England (03/11/1993), Interlanken, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00032. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Rape, 1st degree. Count 2 - Sodomy, 1st degree. Count 3 - Assault, 2nd degree. Bond set at $250,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.
