Virginia Ann Smith, 57, of Columbia, died Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 3:1amCT, at the T.J. Health Columbia Emergency Room.

Funeral services will be at 12pmNoonCT, Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Troy McWhorter officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Friday, February 3, 2017, at the funeral home.



Casket bearers: Derrick High, Clyde Pennington, Jordan Moss, Casey Norris, Nick Luttrell, Brandon Burton, Buddy Powell and Brandon Crews

Virginia Ann Smith, 57, Adair Co., KY/Barren native (1959-2017)

She was born June 5, 1959, in Glasgow, Barren County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Ernie "Trigger" Warf and Emma Jean Vance Graybeal. She died Wednesday, February 1, 2017, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 57 years, seven months, and 27 days.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ernie "Trigger" Warf; her mother, Emma Jean Vance Graybeal; and one brother, Steve Crews.

She was a member of Calvary Temple Church and a homemaker.

Survivors include:

  • One daughter: Ashley Reliford of Columbia, KY

  • Two stepsons: Brian Miller of Somerset, KY; and Derrick High of Russell Springs, KY

  • Three brothers: Bobby Crews of Summer Shade, KY; James Crews of Bowling Green, KY; and Bobby Dale Crews of Russell Springs, KY

  • One sister: Vicki Maggard of Columbia, KY

  • One grandchild: Anthony Reliford

  • Her companion: Louie Arms

  • Special friends: Casey Norris, Chris Larguero & his children, Isaiah & Cadence Larguero
