He attended the Flatwoods Separate Baptist Church and was the owner of RB Campbell Feed & Seed Store on Jamestown St. in Columbia for 40 years. He was the son of the late Estell & Avis Page Campbell. He leave five direct and one step living descendants.

Raymond Bernard "R.B." Campbell age 75 years of the Sparksville Community,Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 5:57pmCT, at The Medical Center Albany, KY.

Funeral service Friday, February 3, 2017 at 1pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Darrell Pelston the officiating clergy. Interment in Moore Cemetery, 225 Prices Creek Road, Adair Co., KY. Visitation will be after 4:30pmCT, Thursday, February 2, 2017 at the funeral home.



Raymond Bernard "R.B." Campbell, Adair Co., KY (1941-2017)

He was born July 11, 1941 in Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late Estell & Avis Page Campbell. He died Tuesday, January 31, 2017, in Albany, Clinton County, KY, at the age of 75 years, six months, and 20 days.

Preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Reliford Campbel l on January 8, 2014. Also preceded in death by two brothers & two sisters: Leon Campbell, Billy Campbell, Sharon Grant, and Teresa Campbell

He is survived by:
  • Two sons: Jimmy (Staci) Campbell of Russell Springs, KY; and Tony (Camilla) Campbell of Columbia, KY

  • Three brothers: Maxie Campbell of Columbia, KY; Bobby Campbell of Odin, IL; and Frankie Campbell of Shepherdsville, KY

  • One sister: Beverly Petty of Columbia, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Katie Campbell, Zachary Campbell, Shawn Campbell

  • One step-grandchild: Christian Dykes

  • Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives & friends survives
