Mindi Keith, 33, Campbellsville, KY (1983-2017) Mindi was a cashier at All Star Truck Stop. She had spent time volunteering as a Girl Scout leader. She loved all animals, but especially her fur baby, Hooch. Although Mindi had many things she enjoyed, spending time with her daughter, Rebecca, was number one. She was a native of Pennysylvania and a resident of Taylor County, KY, at the time of her death. Her husband, Randy Keith, and her daughter, Rebecca, survive. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church.
