Jim Murphy Click on headline for story with photo(s) By Calen McKinney, Public Information Officer Campbellsville Independent School District (CIS) Campbellsville Elementary School's Leaders of the Month for the month of December were recently honored with a luncheon. Teachers choose one student from their classrooms who exhibit leadership skills throughout the month to be named a Leader of the Month. And, at the end of the month, CES Lighthouse Team members host a lunch to honor the students. Community leaders are invited and the CES leaders are given the opportunity to talk and eat with them. On Wednesday, December 14, 2016 community guests included Griffin Hash of Campbellsville Water Co.; Debbie Edwards, retired teacher; Yvette Haskins, community leader and member of several local boards; Dan Durham, program director at Air Evac Lifeteam; Jill Chandler of Kerr Office Products; Kirby Smith, Campbellsville High School principal; and the Rev. Jim Murphy, pastor at Bethel First Presbyterian Church. Students honored include kindergarteners Jackson Wright, Marlee Dickens, Ayden Andrew, Aleja Taylor and Tristian Harris; first-graders Amani Bridgewater, Ben Lord, Dax Gray, Londyn Smith, Asia Singleton and Alex Mixtega; second-graders Rajon Taylor, Alex Wilson, Baylee Pike, Mason Davis and Kaleigh Wilhoite; and third-graders Brayden Judd, Alexis Wolford, Aleecia Knezevic and Ethan Garrison.
