Funeral services will be held 10amCT/11amET, Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Tim Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the K.P. Hall Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Monday evening, December 12, 2016, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jeff Greer, Clayton Crawley, Junior Rayborn, Jimmy Horn, Ben Bentley, Jacob Rayborn, Jeremi Luttrell and Cody Cooch. Frankie was a forklift operator for American Greetings and attended Grove Ridge Baptist Church. He was an avid UK fan and loved Nascar, especially Dale Earnhardt.
