She died Sunday, November 20, 2016, in Hodgenville, LaRue County, KY, at the age of 90 years, eight months, and 11 days. She was the widow of Delbert Janes, who preceded her in death on September 8, 1992. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Ann Janes Gumm on August 25, 2004; and two sisters, Estill Bardin and Christine Coomer She is survived by the following:
