Dale W. Mullins, 92, Russell Co., KY (1924-2016) He was a in the U.S. Army, and retired director of Maintenance at GE. He was a member of the Freedom Christian Church. He was a native of Letcher County, KY, and a resident of Russell County, KY, at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Arminta (Fairchild) and William Watson Mullins. His wife, Margaret Rose Clay Mullins, survives. He leaves 33 direct living descendants. His final resting place will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery.
