Adair County went overwhelmingly for the President-Elect, Donald Trump, for Jamie Comer for First District Representative, for the re-election of Rand Paul, put two new faces on the Adair County School Board Jonathan Gaskins and Daniel Adams, and returned incumbent Mike Harris, who was unopposed, and re-elected five incumbent City Councilor and returned a familiar city official, former Mayor Pam Hoots, this time as councilor.
